Biography
Mehdi Hosseini was a young patriot who was killed in Tehran on January 9, 2026, after being shot with direct live ammunition by security forces. His sister was recorded mourning at his grave on behalf of their elderly and sick mother, who was initially kept unaware of her son's death. He is honored as a 'Javidnam' (immortal) martyr within the Iranian protest movement archives.
مهدی حسینی جوان میهنپرستی بود که در ۱۹ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در تهران با شلیک مستقیم گلوله جنگی توسط نیروهای امنیتی به قتل رسید. خواهر او به جای مادر بیمار و سالخوردهشان که در ابتدا از کشته شدن فرزندش بیخبر بود، بر سر مزار او سوگواری کرد. نام وی به عنوان یکی از جاویدنامان جنبش اعتراضی در سوابق یادبود ثبت شده است.
